Regular Maintenance‍

Always clean the body and pan support after cooking to prevent tough stain and grease build up. Left unattended, food residue can become quite hard and difficult to remove.
Simply use wet cloth to clean body and pan support. Wipe off with dry cloth afterwards.

Burner Head‍

Clean the burner head holes regularly using scrub or needle. This is to prevent clogged burner head which could cause irregular and red flame.

Stainless Steel Body‍

Use metal polish and scrub with flannel cloth to clean stainless steel body.

Enamel Pan Support

• Clean the pan suppoer with warm water or detergent. Use Steel wool to clean tough stain
  
• Once dry, place the pan support back to the place
  
• Do not bump pan support on hard surface as it will cause damage.
