Regular Maintenance

Always clean the body and pan support after cooking to prevent tough stains and grease build-up. Left unattended, food residue can become quite hard and difficult to remove.
Simply use a wet cloth to clean the body and pan support. Wipe off with a dry cloth afterward.

Burner Head

Clean the burner head holes regularly using a scrub or needle. This is to prevent a clogged burner head which could cause irregular and red flame.

Power Coated Body

Use soap water to clean powder coated body. Do not use rough scrub to prevent scratches.

Aluminium Pan Supports

• Clean the pan support with warm water or detergent. Use cleaner sponge with soft texture.
• Once dry, place the pan support back in the place
• Do not bump pan support on a hard surface as it will cause damage.
